UI/UX Designer

About the Role

TechGropse is looking for a creative and user\-focused UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user\-centered design principles and experience working closely with product, business, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user\-friendly interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, and software products.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, prototypes, and high\-fidelity designs.
• Develop design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Developers to translate requirements into effective user experiences.
• Ensure consistency in branding, design standards, and user interactions across products.
• Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
• Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a software development company, digital agency, or product\-based organization.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Ability to create interactive prototypes and user flows.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front\-end design constraints is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Experience designing SaaS, AI, E\-commerce, Healthcare, FinTech, or Enterprise applications.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
