• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **UI/UX Designer** with **1–1\.5 years of professional experience** to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Figma**, a good understanding of user\-centered design principles, and the ability to create engaging digital experiences. Knowledge of **video editing** and basic motion design will be an added advantage.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user\-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user experience.
• Maintain design consistency across products and platforms.
• Create and optimize visual assets for digital products and marketing materials.
• Support branding and promotional activities through basic video editing and motion graphics.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• 1–1\.5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong proficiency in **Figma** for wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
• Good understanding of user\-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience creating responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
• Knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to communicate design ideas effectively and collaborate with cross\-functional teams.
• Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail.

• *Preferred Skills**

• Knowledge of **video editing tools** such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software.
• Basic understanding of motion design and interactive animations.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
