UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of experience in designing user\-friendly and visually appealing websites, mobile applications, and software interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, proficiency in Figma, and the ability to create illustrations and visual assets that enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user\-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and software products.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows using Figma.
• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and design concepts.
• Create custom illustrations, icons, and visual assets to enhance digital products.
• Design responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Maintain consistency in colours, typography, spacing, icons, and design elements.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the user experience.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to implement designs.
• Review developed interfaces and ensure they align with approved designs.
• Incorporate feedback and continuously improve design quality.
• Maintain and improve design systems and reusable UI components.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• Knowledge and Experience in creating custom illustrations and visual assets using Figma Illustration tools/plugins.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, user flows, and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and layout design.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects, Figma prototypes, and illustration work.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of web and mobile application design guidelines.
• Experience collaborating with developers to implement designs.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
