• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–4 years of experience in a product\-based IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering intuitive, user\-centered designs by understanding user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create seamless and engaging digital experiences.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity UI designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and UI standards
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, accessibility, usability)
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**

• 1–4 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer in a product\-based IT company
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and problem\-solving approach
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Good understanding of user\-centered design principles and usability standards
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
