\#\# About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user\-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma, user\-centered design, prototyping, and responsive design.\#\# Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high\-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.
• Apply responsive design principles to ensure a consistent user experience across devices.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve designs.
• Ensure design consistency in typography, layouts, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

\#\# Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in UI/UX Design or Product Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and prototyping.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and usability.
• Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
• Knowledge of user research, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Strong visual design, problem\-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design solutions.

\#\# Good to Have

• Basic graphic design skills, including creating banners and visual assets.
• Basic video editing knowledge using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI\-powered design tools.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and accessibility standards.
• Understanding of design systems and Agile development practices

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹55,000\.00 per month
