UI/UX Developer

We are looking for a **highly creative and experienced UI/UX Developer** with **minimum 3** **years of experience** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user\-centred design principles, exceptional creativity, proficiency in front\-end development, and a passion for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize modern user interfaces for web applications while driving innovation in the overall product experience.

• *Responsibilities:**

• *UI/UX Design:**

• Design modern, user\-centric interfaces for web applications with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high\-fidelity mockups, and design systems using Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and gather feedback to continuously improve user experience.
• Design logos, brand identities, icons, and other visual assets for products, websites, and marketing materials.

**Front\-End Development** (Good to have)

• Translate design mockups into responsive, interactive, and pixel\-perfect web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop reusable UI components and ensure consistency across the application.
• Collaborate with back\-end developers to integrate front\-end logic with server\-side functionality.

• *Collaboration:**

• Work closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality.

• *Stay Updated:**

• Stay up\-to\-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, front\-end technologies, and industry best practices.
• Experiment with new design techniques, AI\-powered design tools, animations, and interaction patterns to improve workflows and product experience.
• Continuously identify opportunities to enhance existing products through creative and user\-focused design improvements.

• *Technical Skills:**

• 3–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design and Front\-End Development.
• Expert proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems and reusable UI components.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and collaboration with back\-end teams.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, usability principles, and responsive design best practices.
• Experience with modern front\-end frameworks such as React or Angular is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000\.00 \- ₹600,000\.00 per year
