We are seeking a talented and detail\-oriented **UI/UX Developer** to join our team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for transforming UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive, and high\-performance web applications while ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to develop intuitive, visually appealing, and user\-friendly digital products. This position is ideal for someone with **1–4 years of experience** in front\-end development who is passionate about creating seamless user experiences and building modern, scalable web applications using the latest front\-end technologies.

• *Position: UI/UX Developer**

• *Role and Responsibilities**

• Design modern, responsive Web \& Mobile UI/UX in **Figma \& develop in Ionic**.
• Use **Google Stitch** to generate UI concepts and convert them into production\-ready Figma designs.
• **Strictly follow the existing THS Design System** reuse components, colors, typography, and layouts.
• Create developer\-ready designs in **Ionic, Angular, HTML \& CSS** implementation.
• Collaborate with Product, BA, and Development teams to deliver intuitive, consistent user experiences.

• *Qualifications and Skills**

• **Experience:** 0\-2 years of hands\-on experience in Ionic framework development.

• *Technical Skills:**

• Strong expertise in **Figma** and Design Systems.
• Experience with **Google Stitch** UI generation tools.
• Good understanding of **Ionic, Angular, HTML5, and CSS3**.
• Knowledge of responsive, mobile\-first, and enterprise application design.

• *Soft Skills:**

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• *Education**

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

• *Location**

This position is based at our office in Pune, Maharashtra.
