Graphic Designer \& Video Editor
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer \& Video Editor to join our team. As a Graphic Designer \& Video Editor, you will collaborate closely with our team to create high\-quality visual content across various print and digital platforms. Your work will appear on Instagram, LinkedIn, performance ads, and landing pages and it needs to capture attention and drive conversions.
What you have to do
- You're a visual storyteller first, tool operator second. You understand composition, color theory, and typography. You make aesthetic decisions that serve business goals, not just personal taste.
- Design digital creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, website banners, digital ads, and email marketing, maintaining consistency with Legit Farms' brand identity.
- Create short videos including Reels, farm stories, product highlights, testimonials, and promotional explainers using basic motion graphics and sound design.
- Develop landing page and campaign design concepts with a focus on clear messaging, product visibility, mobile responsiveness, and conversion optimization.
- Utilize AI\-based design tools to accelerate ideation, generate visual variations, and support routine design tasks, while ensuring final outputs are refined manually to maintain quality.
- Maintain strong brand consistency across all platforms, including digital channels, packaging creatives, brochures, posters, and other offline marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams in weekly creative discussions to understand campaign objectives and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Analyze creative performance (engagement, reach, inquiries) and refine designs based on feedback and data\-driven insights.
- Research and study competitor branding and design trends within agri, poultry, food, and FMCG sectors to keep Legit Farms' visuals fresh and competitive.
Must\-haves
- Adobe Creative Suite proficiency. Advanced in Photoshop and Illustrator. Intermediate in After Effects and Premiere Pro (video editing).
- Working knowledge of Figma. Prototype simple landing pages, design marketing web pages, collaborate with product designers. You don't need to be a product design expert, but you need UI basics.
- Experience with AI design tools. Hands\-on use of tools like Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Ideogram, or similar for concept generation, asset creation, or workflow acceleration. Show us examples in your portfolio.
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in graphic/visual design or related field
- 1\-3 years of work experience in relevant fields
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic/visual design skills
- Proficiency with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding of marketing, social media, website design, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Solid knowledge of color theory, fonts, layouts \& composition
Portfolio (PDF or web link) Include
- Brand/social content projects showing range (carousels, ads, posters, digital campaigns)
- Video/motion projects (reels, explainers, motion graphics)—include links, not just thumbnails
- UI/landing page prototypes (even if rough—we want to see your understanding of conversion design)
- AI\-assisted work examples—show us prompts, raw AI outputs, and your refinement process. This is critical.
- For each project: brief context (goal, constraints, your role, outcome if measurable)
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
