UI/UX Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and curious UI/UX Design Intern with a strong visual sense, an eye for detail, and a genuine interest in digital design.

The ideal candidate should be someone who enjoys exploring ideas, understands what makes a design effective, and can think beyond conventional layouts. You should be able to approach design challenges with curiosity, bring fresh perspectives, and translate ideas into meaningful digital experiences.

You will work closely with the design team on real\-world projects involving websites, applications, and digital products, gaining hands\-on experience across the design process.

Key Responsibilities

\- Conceptualise and develop creative design ideas for websites, mobile applications, and digital products.

\- Translate project requirements into intuitive, visually engaging, and user\-friendly interfaces.

\- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

\- Develop layouts with a strong understanding of typography, colours, spacing, composition, and visual hierarchy.

\- Research design trends, explore references, and identify opportunities to improve existing designs.

\- Think critically about design challenges and suggest creative solutions rather than relying solely on existing references.

\- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members to bring concepts to life.

\- Incorporate feedback, refine designs, and maintain consistency across digital experiences.

Required Skills

\- Strong creative thinking and visual design sensibility.

\- Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

\- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user\-centred design.

\- Familiarity with Figma and other relevant design tools.

\- Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.

\- Ability to think independently, explore multiple design approaches, and solve visual problems.

\- Attention to detail and an ability to identify design inconsistencies.

\- Good communication skills and openness to feedback.

Eligibility

\- Students, fresh graduates, or candidates pursuing a course in UI/UX, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.

\- Candidates with personal projects, academic projects, or a design portfolio will be preferred.

\- A portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual understanding, and design thinking is strongly encouraged.

\- Candidates should have a genuine interest in digital products, websites, and interface design.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
