Job Summary

UX Designer

Key Responsibilities \& Tasks

• Work with cross\-functional teams and User Experience teams in analyzing requirements and Designing Digital screens interfaces and related logic documents.
• You will be involved in one / more projects where you have to advocate for users and work towards user centric way.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks.
• Develop and demonstrate keen system level appreciation.
• Be a team player and effectively communicate ideas and issues to the teams.

Qualifications, Experience and Competency requirements

• *Education:**

• *Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:** Software or automotive Engineering with User Experience, User Experience, Psychology

• *Essential :**

• Strong understanding of UX design processes, Usability best practices, Usability Principles, UI patterns.
• Experience in benchmarking and voice of the customer data acquisition and analysis
• Experience with HMI logic and flow development, use case analysis and development processes
• Customer focused and the ability to interact with all levels of engineering and management
• You will be involved in one / more projects where you must advocate for users and work towards user centric way.
• Ability to story tell around the experiences you create
• Ability to clearly articulate a problem space and design solutions that meet users’ needs and business goals
• Ability to accurately set, manage, and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of cognitive interaction and human machine interface behaviors
• Detail oriented, flexible and can prioritize and facilitate alignments globally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Project)
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
• Managing projects individually

• *Desirable :**

• Good to have Experience/Knowledge with the full automotive production development process
• Experience with HMI logic and flow development
• Valid driver's license
• Experience/Knowledge with the full automotive production development process
• Knowledge in an automotive environment.
