About the Role
Webskitters Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Trainer who can mentor aspiring designers and help them build industry\-relevant skills in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical knowledge of modern design principles, design tools, prototyping, and user\-centered design methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions on UI/UX Design.
Train students on industry\-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Teach design fundamentals including:
Design Thinking
User Research
Wireframing
Information Architecture
User Flows
Prototyping
Usability Testing
Visual Design Principles
Guide students in creating real\-world projects and portfolio\-ready case studies.
Conduct assessments, assignments, and project reviews.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
