UI/UX & Visual Designer

Indian Hospitality Network (IHN) is looking for a creative and technically proficient UI/UX \& Visual Designer to develop engaging digital experiences and high\-quality visual assets for its brand, website, social media, marketing campaigns and professional community.

The ideal candidate should combine strong design fundamentals with proficiency in modern design tools, user interface design, visual communication and emerging AI\-powered creative technologies.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Develop brand identities, social media creatives, campaign graphics, presentations, brochures, banners and event\-related designs.
• Maintain visual consistency across IHN’s website, digital platforms, marketing materials and communication channels.
• Create motion graphics, short\-form videos, animations and other multimedia assets wherever required.
• Use AI\-powered tools for creative ideation, image generation, prototyping, video creation and visual enhancements.
• Create wireframes, mock\-ups, interactive prototypes and responsive layouts using Figma or equivalent tools.
• Collaborate with the management to translate ideas and business requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Incorporate feedback, manage multiple projects and deliver high\-quality work within deadlines.

• *Qualifications / Skills Required**

• Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent design tools.
• Ability to create polished graphic designs, brand assets and digital marketing creatives.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, animation and AI\-powered creative tools.
• Familiarity with website design, design systems, interactive prototypes and basic web technologies is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Figma, including UI design, wireframing, prototyping and layout design is desirable.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, responsive design, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy is an advantage.
• Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, problem\-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• *Portfolio**

Candidates must share a portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX projects, website or app interfaces, graphic design work and other creative projects. Figma prototypes and live project links are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
