We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead and strengthen our HR function while driving organizational growth and employee engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior management to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Drive HR transformation initiatives and process improvements.
- Develop and execute employee retention and succession planning strategies.
Talent Acquisition \& Workforce Planning
- Lead end\-to\-end recruitment activities across PAN India locations.
- Develop hiring strategies for Sales, Pre\-Sales, CRM, Marketing, Corporate, and Leadership positions.
- Build strong talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including TAT, offer\-to\-joining ratio, and hiring costs.
Payroll, Attendance \& HR Operations
- Oversee payroll processing, attendance management, leave administration, and employee records.
- Ensure smooth functioning of HRMS platforms such as ZingHR, Keka, Darwinbox, or similar systems.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll compliance and salary processing.
- Ensure accuracy in employee lifecycle management.
Performance Management
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Drive annual appraisals, performance reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.
- Support managers in goal setting and performance improvement plans.
Employee Relations \& Engagement
- Foster a positive work culture and employee\-centric environment.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Plan employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and retention initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication between employees and management.
HR Compliance \& Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Manage audits related to HR and employee records.
- Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
- Ensure adherence to employment regulations and corporate governance standards.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team across Recruitment, Payroll, and HR Operations.
- Set departmental KPIs and monitor team performance.
- Build a high\-performance HR function that supports business growth.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.
- Hands\-on experience with HRMS platforms such as Keka, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision\-making skills.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, HR Analytics, and MIS reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 8\+ years of HR experience with at least 3\+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Real Estate, BFSI, Retail, E\-commerce, or Service Industry preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in managing large teams and multi\-location operations.
- Strong business acumen and strategic HR mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
- Experience in scaling organizations and managing organizational change.
