Job Summary

We are seeking a talented **Unity Game Developer cum Mentor** to develop games, guide students, and deliver high\-quality training in Unity Game Development. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in Unity and C\#, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching.

Key ResponsibilitiesGame Development

• Design and develop 2D and 3D games using Unity.
• Write clean, optimized, and maintainable C\# code.
• Implement gameplay mechanics, UI systems, animations, and game logic.
• Integrate third\-party SDKs, APIs, and plugins when required.
• Debug, optimize, and publish Unity applications across multiple platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest Unity features and industry trends.

Training \& Mentorship

• Deliver engaging classroom and practical sessions on Unity Game Development.
• Teach programming fundamentals using C\#.
• Mentor students through assignments, projects, and portfolio development.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
• Assist students in completing capstone projects.
• Evaluate student performance through assessments and practical tasks.

Academic Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
• Update curriculum based on industry standards.
• Conduct workshops, hackathons, and game jams.
• Maintain attendance, progress reports, and student documentation.
• Support placement preparation through mock interviews and portfolio reviews.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of **Unity Engine**.
• Proficiency in **C\# Programming**.
• Good understanding of object\-oriented programming (OOP).
• Experience with 2D and 3D game development.
• Knowledge of Unity Physics, Animation, UI Toolkit, and Prefabs.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Basic understanding of mobile game optimization.
• Strong debugging and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiplayer game development.
• Knowledge of AR/VR development.
• Experience integrating Firebase, PlayFab, or Photon.
• Familiarity with Blender or other 3D tools.
• Published games on Google Play, Steam, or other platforms.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional Unity development experience.
• Freshers with exceptional Unity portfolios may also apply.
