We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic **Recruiter** to support our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial telephonic interactions, and coordinating interview schedules.

*Key Responsibilities:**

Make outbound calls to potential candidates regarding job opportunities.
Explain job roles and company details to candidates.
Screen candidates based on job requirements.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities.

Graduate in any background
Good communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.

Hands\-on experience in recruitment.
