We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as **Telesales Executives** and contribute to sales growth through effective communication and customer follow\-ups.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales opportunities.
• Explain course details, features, benefits, fees, and schedules to interested customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Handle inbound enquiries and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
• Address customer queries and handle objections professionally.
• Achieve assigned daily calling targets and monthly sales conversion targets.
• Maintain customer details, call records, and follow\-up information in the database.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Prepare daily reports on calls, follow\-ups, leads, and conversions.

• *Requirements**

• **Freshers only.**
• **Any Bachelor's Degree.**
• Good communication skills in **Tamil and English**.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and customer\-handling skills.
• Positive attitude and a target\-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
