URGENT HIRING - SEO Team Lead (Mangalore Candidates Only )

Trionix Global is a full\-service digital marketing and technology agency serving clients across healthcare, education, real estate, e\-commerce, and B2B sectors. We're looking for an SEO Team Lead who can take ownership of SEO strategy across multiple client accounts, lead a team, and stay ahead of where search is heading — from traditional SEO to AI Search, AEO, and GEO.

• *Role Overview**

We're looking for an SEO Team Lead who can combine strong strategic thinking with hands\-on advanced SEO execution — someone who can build the strategy, lead the team delivering it, and sit across the table from clients with full command of the account. This is not a purely technical role; it requires equal strength in leadership and client communication.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• *Strategy \& Team Leadership**

• Develop and manage end\-to\-end SEO strategies for multiple client websites.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor the SEO team, ensuring timely execution.
• Train team members on advanced SEO techniques, AI tools, and industry updates.
• Take ownership of SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions.

• *Client Communication \& Coordination**

• Act as the primary SEO contact for clients.
• Communicate SEO strategies, progress, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with clients, content writers, and developers for smooth execution.

• *SEO Execution**

• Manage technical, on\-page, off\-page, local, and content SEO.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, website audits, and link\-building activities.
• Improve website visibility, indexing, authority, and organic performance.

• *AI Search \& Emerging Trends**

• Implement AI Search, AEO, and GEO strategies.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve SEO performance.

• *SEO Tools \& Knowledge**

• SEMrush / Ahrefs
• Screaming Frog
• Google Search Console (GSC)
• Google Analytics 4 (GA4\)
• ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI\-powered SEO tools.

• *Requirements**

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands\-on SEO experience with proven results.
• Strong knowledge of technical, on\-page, off\-page, local, and content SEO.
• Advanced working knowledge of SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, and GA4\.
• Understanding of AI Search, AEO, GEO, and SEO automation.
• Strong team leadership, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Excellent client communication and account management skills.
• Agency experience and handling multiple client accounts will be an advantage.
