Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail\-oriented **Accounts Manager** to manage the company's accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting in a reputed manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, journal entries, and general accounting.
• Maintain in\-depth knowledge of **GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances**.
• Prepare and reconcile **Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)**.
• Handle GST returns, GST reconciliation, e\-invoicing, and e\-way bill compliance, as applicable.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, and customer outstanding balances.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing.
• Assist in finalization of accounts, audit preparation, and coordination with statutory auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, banks, auditors, and tax consultants.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
• Strong practical knowledge of **GST, taxation, BRS, TDS, and statutory compliance**.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing\-related accounting processes will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, reporting, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet compliance deadlines.

Salary \& Benefits
