Urgently require candidates for Customer service executive position

• *Job Responsibilities**

• Make outbound calls to **B2B / corporate clients** and introduce **meal voucher and employee benefit solutions**.
• Understand the client's business requirements and employee benefit needs.
• Explain the **features, benefits and value proposition** of meal vouchers and benefit solutions.
• Effectively pitch the product and generate interest among prospective corporate clients.
• **Fix appointments / meetings** with interested clients.
• Follow up with prospects regularly
• Update call details, client responses, follow\-ups and appointment status in the CRM / system.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation and appointment\-fixing targets.
• Maintain professional communication and build a positive relationship with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team for scheduled meetings and ensure proper handover of qualified leads.

Pay: ₹16,000\.00 \- ₹32,000\.00 per month
