Intela Group LLC is seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to market and place consultants on projects across the United States. The ideal candidate should have strong relationships with Tier\-1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients, along with proven experience in marketing consultants on C2C opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants including H1B, GC, USC, TN, EAD, and other work\-authorized candidates.
- Identify suitable requirements through job portals, vendor networks, MSPs, and direct client relationships.
- Submit qualified consultants to open positions and coordinate interview schedules.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with Tier\-1 Vendors, Prime Vendors, and Hiring Managers.
- Track submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant availability.
- Maintain consultant profiles and ensure resumes are updated according to job requirements.
- Work closely with recruiters and account managers to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with client submission processes and documentation requirements.
Required Skills
- 1\- 2\+ years of US IT Bench Sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of C2C, W2, and 1099 engagement models.
- Experience working with Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
- Strong vendor management and relationship\-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.
- Understanding of US work authorization categories and staffing processes.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of Tier\-1 Vendors and Prime Vendors.
- Experience with VMS/MSP environments.
- Knowledge of US IT technologies and staffing trends.
