Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target\-oriented US IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in Light IT recruitment and US staffing. The candidate should have hands\-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating, and placing IT professionals for US\-based client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end US IT recruitment for Light IT requirements.
• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements.
• Work on technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, QA, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cloud, and other IT domains.
• Coordinate with candidates, vendors, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate pay rates and compensation with candidates and vendors.
• Understand and work with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
• Verify candidate work authorization, including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and EAD.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients within the required turnaround time.
• Schedule interviews and follow up until final selection and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases, submission records, and recruitment trackers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Experience in Light IT recruitment and US staffing processes.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Understanding of US time zones – EST, CST, MST, and PST.
• Knowledge of US work authorizations – H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and EAD.
• Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
• Hands\-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.
• Flexibility to work in a night shift as per US business hours.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
