InfoObjects Inc. is a global technology consulting and solutions company specializing in Data \& AI, Cloud, Analytics, and Digital Transformation. We are looking for an enthusiastic **US IT Recruiter** to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and support hiring for our US clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated **US IT Recruiter** with at least **6 months of experience** in recruitment. The ideal candidate will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for IT positions in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and clients.
• Support offer rollout and follow\-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Learn and stay updated on US recruitment practices, visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.), and tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099\.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• **6 months or more experience** in recruitment (US IT recruitment experience preferred).
• Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Comfortable working **night shifts** aligned with US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of US visa types and tax terms is an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹750,000\.00 per month
