We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 1\-3 years of US Staffing experience. Candidates should have expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing IT requirements across W2, C2C, and 1099 models.

Required Skills

• **\#USITRecruitment**/Staffing
• W2, C2C \& 1099 hiring
• Visa knowledge (**\#H1B**, **\#OPT**, **\#CPT**, **\#GC**, **\#USCitizen**)
• Experience with **\#Dice**, **\#Monster**, **\#Indeed**, **\#CareerBuilder**, etc.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
