N2P Systems is seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our enterprise technology delivery team. At N2P Systems, you will put 2\+ years of hands\-on experience with US IT Recruitment, US IT Staffing and Technical Sourcing to work on mission\-critical enterprise systems. This is an existing full\-time, fully remote vacancy with N2P Systems.

N2P Systems is looking for a proactive, results\-driven US IT Recruiter with hands\-on US staffing experience, strong technical sourcing capabilities, and a practical understanding of AI\-powered recruitment tools. The role requires someone who can independently manage urgent hiring requirements, engage passive candidates, and consistently deliver qualified candidate shortlists in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.

N2P Systems uses AI to help screen and assess applications for this role. N2P Systems is an enterprise technology consulting and digital solutions firm operating across Canada, the United States and India.

• *Key Responsibilities**
• -----------------------

• Source IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, X\-ray searches, and alternative sourcing channels.
• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates against technical job requirements within tight deadlines.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach, cold calling, and consistent follow\-ups.
• Recruit across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and other IT domains.
• Present opportunities effectively, address candidate objections, negotiate compensation, and drive offer closures.
• Apply AI\-powered recruitment tools and modern sourcing technologies to improve candidate discovery, screening, and outreach efficiency.
• Manage multiple open positions, maintain qualified candidate pipelines, and work toward recruitment targets.
• Take ownership of assigned requirements and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• At least 2 years of hands\-on US IT recruitment or US staffing experience.
• Strong technical sourcing expertise, including Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and passive candidate engagement.
• Practical experience using AI tools or modern recruitment technologies to improve sourcing and screening productivity.
• Ability to independently manage urgent requirements, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain sourcing momentum.
• A proactive, persistent, accountable, and results\-oriented approach to recruitment.
• Strong candidate engagement capabilities, including initiating conversations with unfamiliar candidates and building professional rapport.
• A focus on quality shortlists, candidate conversions, and successful closures rather than activity volume alone.
• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, X\-ray search techniques, and alternative sourcing channels.
• Experience recruiting across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with AI\-powered candidate discovery, resume screening, and outreach workflows.
• Demonstrated success in compensation negotiations, objection handling, and offer closures.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technical requirements and maintaining active candidate pipelines.
