About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results\-oriented **US IT Recruiter** to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting IT professionals for U.S.\-based clients and staffing requirements.

The recruiter will work closely with Account Managers, Business Development teams, and hiring managers to identify qualified candidates and drive the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals through **job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels**.
• Understand job requirements and identify candidates matching technical, experience, location, and work authorization criteria.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess **technical skills, communication, availability, and interest**.
• Recruit candidates for technologies such as **Java, .NET, Python, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Salesforce, SAP, Cybersecurity, AI/ML**, and other IT skill sets.
• Work on **W2, C2C, and other applicable U.S. staffing requirements**.
• Understand U.S. visa/work authorization categories such as **H1B, H1B Transfer, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC, and U.S. Citizens**.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate compensation and close candidates based on client requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, interview updates, and recruitment activity in the ATS/CRM.
• Follow up on submissions, interviews, offers, and joining formalities.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets for **qualified submissions, interviews, and closures**.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment processes and U.S. staffing practices.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in **US IT Recruiting / US Staffing**.
• Strong understanding of the **U.S. IT recruitment lifecycle**.
• Hands\-on experience with sourcing and screening IT candidates.
• Good knowledge of U.S. technologies and IT job roles.
• Familiarity with U.S. work authorization/visa categories.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a **US/Night Shift** environment.
• Good negotiation, follow\-up, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to work with targets and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience working with **U.S. staffing firms, consulting companies, or recruitment agencies**.
• Experience using **Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter**, or similar sourcing platforms.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
