This role is ideal for candidates who are hardworking, honest, self\-driven, and capable of bringing direct clients and prime vendor opportunities for fast\-moving IT requirements across the USA.
- Generate new business opportunities in the US IT Staffing market
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and prime vendors
- Bring active and fast\-moving IT requirements for contract, C2C, W2, and full\-time positions
- Coordinate with recruiters to ensure quick submissions and closures
- Negotiate rates and maintain long\-term business relationships
- Achieve monthly performance and revenue targets
- *Required Skills \& Experience:**
- Proven experience in US IT Staffing Business Development
- Strong network of direct clients and/or prime vendors
- Understanding of the US recruitment process and technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills
- Ability to work independently and deliver results remotely
