Job Summary

We are looking for a results\-driven US IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in US staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified IT candidates for contract, C2C, W2, and full\-time positions. The candidate must be familiar with US job portals, Boolean search techniques, recruitment processes, and US work authorization requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Review job descriptions (JDs), understand client requirements, and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Perform Boolean searches, keyword searches, and resume screening to identify candidates matching technical requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, communication, availability, location, and work authorization.
• Recruit for various IT positions, including Software Developers, Java Developers, .NET Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Data Engineers, and other technical roles.
• Work on contract, C2C, W2, 1099, and full\-time hiring requirements, as applicable.
• Coordinate with candidates to obtain updated resumes, confirm pay rates, discuss job details, and schedule interviews.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients, implementation partners, and vendors within the required turnaround time.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and follow up on submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and joining dates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database for current and future requirements.
• Verify candidate availability, employment details, location, work authorization, and willingness to relocate or work onsite when required.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Business Development Managers, and other recruiters to meet recruitment targets.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, submission records, and recruitment activity in the ATS or internal tracking system.
• Ensure candidate quality, timely submissions, and compliance with client\-specific recruitment procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands\-on experience in US IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience working with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, CareerBuilder, or similar sourcing platforms.
• Proficiency in Boolean search, resume sourcing, candidate screening, and talent pipeline management.
• Understanding of C2C, W2, 1099, contract, and full\-time hiring models.
• Familiarity with US work authorization categories and the ability to verify candidate\-provided information appropriately.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, follow\-up, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and match candidates based on skills and experience.
• Ability to work independently in a target\-driven environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for C2C requirements and working with implementation partners and staffing vendors.
• Experience with urgent requirements and time\-sensitive candidate submissions.
• Familiarity with ATS tools, recruitment trackers, and candidate relationship management.
• A consistent track record of meeting submission, interview, and placement targets.
