About the Role

We are looking for a **US IT Recruiter** with strong sourcing and communication skills to support end\-to\-end recruitment for US\-based IT requirements. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of US staffing and be comfortable working in a target\-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other channels.
• Review and screen resumes based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, and availability.
• Understand US IT requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Prepare and submit qualified profiles to clients/vendors.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate rates/salary when required and support offer closures.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

• **1–4years of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.**
• Good understanding of US staffing processes and recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands\-on experience with sourcing and screening IT candidates.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow\-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
• Comfortable working in a **night\-shift environment**.
