Experience Level: 2 to 5 years (US IT Recruitment)

Shift Timing: Night shift (6\.30 pm IST to 3\.30 pm IST)

Required Skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Total understanding of US Visa (Citizens, Those authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship are encouraged to apply, EADs, OPT, H1B \& TN Visa Holders) and Tax terms (W2, 1099 \& Crop to Crop).

Understanding of basic IT concepts (to understand the requirements)

Excellent resume sourcing/searching skills from job boards.

Needs to be very good with Boolean searching.

Excellent in quick turnaround time.

Expert negotiator and communicator.
