US Non IT Recruiter

• *Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented **US Non\-IT Recruiter** to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various non\-IT roles across the United States. The recruiter should have hands\-on experience working with direct clients, implementation partners, and job portals while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment for **US Non\-IT requirements.**
• Source candidates through job portals, **LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and database searches.**
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, experience, and fitment.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain regular follow\-up with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
• Work on various non\-IT positions such as Healthcare, Pharma, Engineering, Administrative, Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, and Light Industrial roles.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update internal systems regularly.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

• *Required Skills:**

• **6 months to 1\.5 years of experience in US staffing and recruitment processes.**
• **Experience working on Non\-IT requirements for the US market.**
• **Hands\-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn.**
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
• Good understanding of US work authorization types such as USC, GC, H1B, EAD,
