- Manage end\-to\-end US Non\-IT recruitment cycles with a quick turnaround time.
- Source top\-tier candidates across various industries, including Construction, Manufacturing, Finance \& Accounting, Healthcare, and Legal.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, job portals, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to meet active and future hiring needs.
- Screen, evaluate, and negotiate with candidates to ensure successful placements.
- *Qualifications \& Requirements**
- **Experience:** 3 to 5 years of proven experience specifically in US Non\-IT staffing.
- **Core Skills:** Excellent communication, screening, and closure skills.
- **Work Style:** Ability to thrive in a high\-pressure, fast\-paced, and target\-driven environment.
- **Important Note:** Candidates with only IT recruitment backgrounds will **NOT** be considered for this specific role.
