- *Roles \& Responsibilities**
1\. Phone Screening
- Conduct timely phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications across roles including Warehouse,
Transportation, Sales, and Product.
- Evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
2\. Employer Branding
- Maintain a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the hiring journey.
- Contribute to building and maintaining a strong employer brand across all touchpoints.
3\. Job Posting \& Management
- Create, publish, and manage job postings across platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and
more.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimization of job listings to attract the right talent.
4\. Passive Sourcing
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search,
and multiple channels.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
5\. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and hiring
priorities.
- Provide regular updates and insights to ensure alignment and timely hiring decisions.
6\. Candidate Database Management
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date candidate records within internal systems.
- Ensure data integrity and effective tracking throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- *Desired Candidate Profile:**
- 1\-2 years of experience in US Recruitment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable working in US shift hours (9 PM – 6 AM IST).
- Proven experience in passive sourcing using Boolean search and other advanced techniques.
- Experience managing job postings and maintaining a strong employer presence across platforms.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Monster.
- Shows commitment to fostering a positive team environment.
Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
