As an Associate Recruiter, you will collaborate closely with Account Managers to source, screen, and identify the best talent for our clients. **Key Responsibilities:*** Partner with Account Managers to understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates.

• Source and screen profiles using job portals, databases, social media, and professional networks.
• Apply research and networking strategies to identify top talent.
• Conduct preliminary assessments and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Ensure a smooth end\-to\-end recruitment process with attention to quality and timelines.
• Interested or Experienced to working in International recrutiment for multiple industries for US Clients

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications:*** Excellent English communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive and collaborative team player.
• Goal\-oriented with strong attention to deadlines.
• Willingness to work in the US time zone (Night Shift).
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory).
