Job Description

Learn and assist in full\-cycle recruitment for US\-based clients.
Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, databases, and networking channels.
Review resumes and identify qualified candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Learn US employment terms, visa classifications, and recruitment processes.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.

Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
