• *About the Role**

We are hiring **US IT Recruiters** for our **Gandhinagar office** to work in the **US night shift**.

This role is suitable for **both freshers and experienced professionals** who are interested in building or growing their career in **US staffing and recruitment**. Training and process guidance will be provided based on experience level.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Work on US IT recruitment requirements
• Source and manage IT candidate profiles
• Use job portals and professional platforms
• Coordinate recruitment activities with internal teams
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment follow\-ups

• *Eligibility**

• Graduation in any stream
• **0–3 years of experience** in recruitment or staffing (freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working in **US night shift**
• Willing to work from office (Gandhinagar)
