We are looking for a proactive US Non\-IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of the US job market and hands\-on experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for non\-technical positions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

\- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting for US non\-IT roles.

\- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

\- Maintain recruitment trackers and meet hiring targets.

\- Use multiple recruitment platforms to identify qualified candidates.

\- Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely hiring.

• *Required Skills**

\- Strong knowledge of US recruitment practices and hiring processes.

\- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Search, Facebook Groups, Craigslist, Reddit, Handshake, Wellfound, and university career portals.

\- Proficiency in Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.

\- Excellent English communication and organizational skills.

\- Ability to work independently during US business hours.

Work Mode: 100% Remote

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 per month
