We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Junior Recruiter** to work in an **RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)** model, supporting IT hiring needs for multiple client organizations. This role offers excellent exposure to **client handling and end‑to‑end IT recruitment** across various technologies and domains.
*Key Responsibilities**
Manage **end\-to\-end IT/Non IT recruitment** under the RPO engagement model
Work closely with client stakeholders to understand **IT/Non IT role requirements** and hiring priorities
Source candidates through **job portals, LinkedIn, databases, social media, referrals**, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct **initial telephonic/virtual interviews**
Coordinate and schedule **client interviews**
Maintain **candidate pipelines, trackers, and hiring reports**
Provide a **professional and positive candidate experience** throughout the hiring process
*Required Skills**
Strong **communication and coordination skills**
Basic understanding of **IT/Non IT recruitment and RPO/client\-driven hiring model**
Hands\-on experience with **job portals** (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Zip Recruiter etc.)
Ability to work in a **target\-driven and deadline\-oriented environment**
Good follow\-up, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

**Graduate in any discipline**
**3 months to 1 year of experience in US recruitment**
