*Requirements:**
2–5 years of experience in technical recruiting / IT staffing.
Experience working across multiple geographies (USA / EMEA / APAC) is highly preferred.
Open to support hiring across regions based on business need.
Strong understanding of W2, 1099, C2C hiring models (for US).
Familiarity with IT roles like EUC Tech, Network Support, Field Services.
Comfortable with night / rotational shifts aligned to global hiring.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in multi\-region hiring environments.
Exposure to MSP / Field Services staffing.
Knowledge of certifications like A\+, Network\+, CCNA, ITIL.
