US Technical Recruiter- IT/Non-IT

· Experience with full life cycle recruitment including but not limited to: effective sourcing, pre\-screening, reference checking and closing through offer stage

· Experience with recruiting/hiring H\-1 and TN\-1 Visa candidates; knowledge of C2C hiring

· Experience working with internal ATS

· A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas

· 6 months to 2 years of US Recruiting experience in the IT and Non\-IT domain.

· Experience working with Social Media sites, internal database, job boards (Dice, Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn) and Internet searching
