Job Description

We are looking for Technical Support Engineers with 1\.5\+ years of experience in handling international clients (US/UK).

Required Skills

Direct experience supporting US/UK clients.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory and Office 365\.

Basic troubleshooting of desktops, laptops and network issues.

Experience with ticketing tools and SLA management.

Note: Only immediate joiners with prior US/UK client\-handling experience are preferred.
