Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a User Acquisition Lead for a full\-time remote position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine.

Our client is a developer of an app for parents introducing solids to their babies, and the world's first comprehensive resource for starting solids. The team includes some of the world's leading pediatricians, dietitians, and pediatric feeding experts, and at the heart of the platform is the free first foods database, featuring step\-by\-step instructions and videos that guide families through every stage of their baby's feeding journey.

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated experience as a User Acquisition Lead.
• 2\+ years of experience with Google, Meta, and TikTok (subscription models, Web2App, Web2Web).
• Experience managing budgets of \~$500K\+/month in tier\-1 markets.
• Hands\-on experience in execution; it is not a people\-management role yet.
• Experience working in the Genesis ecosystem or similar high\-performance environments.
• Proven track record of results in paid acquisition.
• Interest in working on a meaningful, mission\-driven product.
• A proactive, independent operator who doesn't wait for direction.
• You know where to go, you build the processes to get there, and you deliver results.
• Fluency in English (all communication within the company and interviews are in English).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and scale paid acquisition channels independently.
• Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns end\-to\-end.
• Collaborate with the creative team on ideas and hypotheses for ad creatives.
