Verification and Validation Engineer

• 8\-10 years of experience in Automotive Software Verification \& Validation.
• Strong expertise in software testing methodologies and test case design techniques.
• Strong project and system\-level understanding of Automotive ECU Software Development and Validation
• Hands\-on experience with CAN, CAN\-FD, CAN TP, and UDS communication protocols.
• Proven experience in automation development using CAPL, Python, or Java.
• Strong working knowledge of Vector tools including CANoe, CANalyzer, and CANStress.
• Experience in ECU testing, embedded software validation, and automotive system testing.
• Exposure to Passive Safety/Airbag systems is highly preferred.
• Strong debugging, root cause analysis, and problem\-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ASPICE, CMMI, and automotive development processes.
• Experience with requirements and traceability tools such as DOORS and CodeBeamer.
• Familiarity with lab equipment, hardware validation, and ESD\-safe practices.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self\-driven mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and focus on quality delivery.
