- *Role Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic Vice President – Business to drive enterprise growth at Sign3\. This role is responsible for expanding our presence across Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and enterprises by building strategic relationships, driving enterprise sales, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to accelerate revenue growth
- *What You'll Do**
- Drive enterprise sales and own the complete business development lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, business heads, and decision\-makers across Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and large enterprises.
- Develop strategic partnerships with ecosystem players, technology partners, and channel partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to Sign3's go\-to\-market strategy.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
- Own revenue targets, sales forecasting, and business growth across assigned markets.
- Lead negotiations, commercial discussions, and contract closures.
- Represent Sign3 at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
- Mentor and scale the business development team while driving a high\-performance sales culture.
- *What We're Looking For**
- 8\+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Alliances.
- Strong experience selling B2B SaaS, APIs, AI solutions, FinTech, Digital Identity, Risk, Payments, or Enterprise Technology solutions.
- Established network within Banks, NBFCs, FinTechs, and enterprise organizations.
- Proven ability to close large enterprise deals and build strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a fast\-paced startup or high\-growth technology company is preferred.
