Job Description – Vice President (VP)

Department: Medical Operations / Insurance Coordination – private Insurers

Preferred Experience

Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably in the Third\-Party Administrator (TPA) industry.

Strong experience in managing medical operations and coordination with Insurance

Companies (ICs).

Qualification

MBBS / BAMS / BHMS.

Work Location \& Mode

Candidate must be willing to work from the office (Work from Office – WFO).

Key Roles \& Responsibilities

1\. TAT Management: Ensure adherence to defined Turnaround Times (TATs) for all private Insurance Companies (ICs).

2\. SPOC \& Doctor Coordination

3\. Attendance \& Administrative Management

4\. Stakeholder Coordination/ Supervision

Preferred Candidate Profile: A senior medical professional with strong leadership, operational management, team\-handling, preferably with extensive experience in the TPA industry.

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
