• 20\+ years of enterprise IT Services sales experience with proven GCC business development success.
• Currently in a leadership role (VP/AVP/Director/Senior Director/Business Unit Head or equivalent).
• Strong track record of winning multi\-million\-dollar IT services deals and expanding strategic accounts.
• Well\-connected with GCC technology decision\-makers and experienced in selling Digital Engineering, QA, AI, Cloud, Data, or Enterprise Application Services.
• Lead and execute the GCC sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Acquire and grow strategic GCC and enterprise accounts in India.
• Own the end\-to\-end sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Drive large IT Services, Digital Engineering, Quality Engineering, AI, Cloud, and Data transformation engagements.
• Build a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and mentor high\-performing sales teams.
