Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Content Creator \& Editor to independently manage video production activities for our architecture, construction and interior design projects.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating site visits, capturing high\-quality videos, editing engaging content and delivering promotional and project\-related videos for the company's digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate video shoots at construction sites, completed projects, interior sites and company events.
• Capture professional videos, project walkthroughs, construction progress updates, client testimonials and project highlights.
• Independently manage the complete video production process, from shooting to final editing.
• Edit videos with colour correction, transitions, sound effects, subtitles and background music.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and corporate videos.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, architects and the digital marketing team for shoot schedules.
• Develop creative video concepts and storytelling ideas for brand promotion.
• Ensure timely delivery of video content according to the marketing calendar.
• Organise and maintain video footage, project files and editing assets.
• Maintain consistent video quality and BDX brand standards.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or equivalent video editing software.
• Strong experience in professional videography and video editing.
• Knowledge of camera operations, lighting, framing, composition and audio recording.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media video trends.
• Creative storytelling and visual presentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage video shoots and editing assignments.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites and project locations in and around Chennai.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Experience

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in video shooting and editing.
• Experience in architecture, construction, real estate or interior design video production will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualification

Degree or Diploma in Visual Communication, Film Making, Multimedia or a related field. Candidates with strong practical experience will also be considered.

Additional Requirements

• Must share a portfolio or previous video work showcasing shooting and editing skills.
• Experience handling DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment will be an added advantage.
