• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic **Content Creator \& Social Media Manager** to develop engaging content and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, an eye for design, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• *Content Creation:**

• Develop and create high\-quality, engaging, and shareable content (text, images, videos, reels, infographics, etc.).
• Write compelling copy for social media, blogs, website, and email marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members for content production.

• *Social Media Management:**

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments/messages.
• Implement social media campaigns, contests, and collaborations to increase brand awareness.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly.

• *Brand Engagement \& Growth:**

• Stay updated with the latest trends, industry news, and competitor strategies.
• Engage with the online community, influencers, and brand advocates.
• Develop innovative ideas to boost audience engagement and conversions.

• *Requirements:**

• Proven experience as a **Content Creator, Social Media Manager**.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Suite) and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data and derive insights for content optimization.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for digital storytelling
