Video Editing Intern

• *ABOUT THE ROLE**

This internship is for someone who wants real, hands\-on experience editing inside a working wedding studio — not busywork. Over 3 months, you'll sit alongside our editors, learn how a professional edit pipeline actually runs, and get direct feedback on your cuts.

• *WHAT YOU'LL DO**

— Assist the Video team with footage organization, backups, and basic assembly cuts.

— Support editors on highlight reels, teasers, and social content under close guidance.

— Learn and follow Ombre's editing style, pacing, and delivery standards.

— Help manage project files and folder structures across active weddings.

— Where required, travel with the team to support on\-site footage handling.

• *WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

— Basic familiarity with Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (coursework or self\-taught is fine).

— A personal reel, college project, or edited clips that show genuine interest in the craft.

— Willingness to learn fast, take feedback well, and put in the hours during active projects.

— Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven studio environment.

• *WORK DETAILS**

Equipment (editing workstation, software licenses) is provided by Ombre.

6\-day work week, bi\-weekly (2 Saturdays off every month). Reporting hours are fixed but flexible in practice — this is a deliverable\-driven, deadline\-first environment.

Interns may be required to travel for select shoots as part of the learning experience.

On\-site only for the first year. Remote/hybrid work may be considered after 12 months, based on role and performance.
