We specialise in waterfront homes, golf\-course residences, city\-centre apartments, family villas and off\-plan investments. Our content explains Dubai's communities, infrastructure and prices to local and international investors, with honest, data\-driven analysis rather than hype.

About the role

This is a full\-time, paid, remote role for a video editor based in Pakistan. You'll be our complete video editor: handling all PropHunters video content, plus our signature 3D map explainer videos.

Day to day, you'll edit property tours, agent videos, ads, launch videos and social content. You'll also turn scripts and talking\-head footage into 1–2 minute map explainers for Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts: 3D flyovers over Dubai, the project highlighted on the map, and roads, distances and prices shown as animated graphics.

Key responsibilities

• *Full video editing**

• Edit property tours, walkthroughs, agent and talking\-head videos, podcasts, ads and project launch videos
• Assemble, trim and sequence raw footage into polished, well\-paced stories
• Add transitions, titles, lower thirds, captions and branded motion graphics
• Colour grade and clean up audio so every video meets a consistent premium standard
• Adapt videos for different platforms and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9\), with thumbnails and covers where needed

• *3D map explainer videos**

• Create 3D flyovers of Dubai communities, landmarks and projects in Google Earth Studio (for example, Downtown down to the project site)
• Animate map overlays locked to the 3D camera: site outlines, road traces, drive\-time lines, labels and number counters
• Add project renders, masterplans and data callouts as animated graphics
• Cut talking\-head footage, remove mistakes, and place the presenter in a framed corner box
• Add kinetic captions with highlighted keywords, plus music and sound design
• Follow scripts with visual notes and keep the pace fast, with a new visual every few seconds

• *Workflow**

• Build and maintain reusable templates (captions, colours, graphic frames, end cards)
• Organise project files, footage and assets
• Work with the marketing and sales team to turn briefs into videos
• Keep up with short\-form video trends and improve retention over time

Skills and qualifications

• *Must have**

• Strong After Effects skills: 3D camera tracking, masks, shape and text animation
• Hands\-on Google Earth Studio experience, with examples in your portfolio
• Advanced editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro (property tours, talking heads, ads and brand videos)
• A portfolio that includes map, travel, real estate or geography explainer videos you edited yourself
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing and short\-form formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Colour grading and audio clean\-up skills
• Ability to work independently, manage several projects and meet 48–72 hour turnarounds
• Clear written English for following scripts and feedback

• *Nice to have**

• Experience with Dubai/UAE real estate, finance or investment content
• Blender, or compositing 3D models and renders into map footage
• Experience building motion\-graphics templates

Work arrangement

• Full\-time, paid, remote
• Location: Pakistan
• Working hours overlapping with the Dubai team (Dubai is 1 hour ahead of Pakistan)
• A computer that can handle After Effects and 4K Google Earth Studio renders (16 GB RAM or more and a dedicated graphics card recommended)
• Stable internet and a backup connection for uploading large files
