We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Video Editor** who can transform raw footage into engaging, high\-quality content for social media and long\-form platforms.

The ideal candidate understands pacing, storytelling, viewer psychology, and platform\-specific editing styles (Reels, Shorts, YouTube long\-form). You should be able to create both high\-retention short videos and structured educational long\-form content.

• *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Short\-Form Content (Reels / Shorts)
• Create high\-engagement 30–45 second vertical videos
• Craft strong hooks within the first 3 seconds
• Highlight key steps or techniques with fast\-paced editing
• Add clean, readable text overlays and callouts
• Maintain visual consistency and dynamic pacing
• Optimize content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Long\-Form Content (YouTube – 10 Minutes\+)

Structure educational videos with clear flow

• Use smooth transitions and logical sequencing
• Add chapter titles, graphics, and labels
• Ensure clean audio and optional background music
• Maintain professional storytelling and viewer retention

• *TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT**

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (or similar)
• Strong understanding of vertical (9:16\) and horizontal (16:9\) formats
• Knowledge of:

o Motion graphics basics

o Text animation

o Audio balancing

o Color correction
